Marketing and Trade Marketing

In the Marketing Department you will have the opportunity to define shopper trends, look for shopper behavior insights in the categories we represented in, to look for innovative opportunities for consumers and trade so that our brand portfolio meets consumer’s expectations. Marketing is key department that helps Company forecast demand on category, segment and SKU level. Brand Managers and assistants analyze the industry, make segmentation, targeting and positioning of our brand portfolio of current and new brands, manage brand equity, brand awareness and perception index, shape digital strategies and select proper ways of communication with consumer.

In Trade Marketing you will have the opportunity to shape national and local promo calendar, develop POS materials and teatralisation, develop tools to improve display, create planograms and merchandising standards per sales channel, evaluate return from promo activities using baseline and incremental sales numbers, evaluate on invoice and off invoice discounts.
